Learn the basics of quilt construction with the pros at Needles & Bolts in Mount Airy. During this one day intensive — you’ll choose your fabric, use a rotary cutter, piece together a quilt top, straight-line your quilt, label your masterpiece, and more. Fabric requirements include: 3/4 yard of light fabric, 3/4 yard of dark fabric, five 5” squares, 1.5 yards of backing, 3/8 yards of binding, and a minimum of 36” x 50” of batting.
