Whether or not a trip to Tuscany will be part of your summer plans, you can still learn the art of true Italian handcrafted pasta. Old City Kitchen, the cozy Old City spot that offers cooking classes and private chef dinners, is hosting an introductory pasta-making class with experienced chef Edward Strojan. The class will cover rolled and hand-shaped pasta including tagliatelle, pappardelle, and orecchiette, all paired with classic sauces, like Cacio e Pepe, Alfredo, and a fresh tomato sauce.
