Join Grace Li for a transformative movement experience that blends somatic yoga and freeform dance, where you’ll be guided in discovering how to more more intuitively. Beginning with 15 minutes of tea and connection, you’ll call in a safe and welcoming space where everyone feels free to move without judgement. From there, you’ll then flow into one hour of somatic yoga and freeform dance. Explore the space between stillness and flow, learn to drop into your body’s wisdom, and release expectations.
